Elenni supplies quality kitchen and bathroom products from trusted manufacturers. Warranty cover is provided by the manufacturer of each product. Periods and conditions vary by brand and item - check the product page, packaging, or ask our team.

This does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How manufacturer warranty works

  • Cover is set by the manufacturer (some brands offer extended or lifetime cover on selected ranges; others are shorter).
  • Elenni will help you lodge and follow up a claim with proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the fault.
  • The manufacturer decides repair, replacement or other outcomes under their terms.

Keeping warranty valid

To the extent required by the manufacturer, products should generally:

  • Be installed by a licensed tradesperson in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable Australian Standards / plumbing codes
  • Be used and maintained as directed (correct cleaners, water conditions and care)
  • Not be modified, misused or damaged through neglect

Inspect before installation. Once installed, goods cannot usually be returned for defects that were visible beforehand. Labour, removal, reinstall and making-good costs are typically not covered by the manufacturer or by Elenni unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

How to claim

Email customerservice@elenni.com.au or call 07 3209 9644 with:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase
  2. Product details / model
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Clear photos (and video if helpful)
  5. Installer details if the manufacturer requests them

We will guide you through the next steps with the brand.

What is usually not covered

  • Incorrect installation or use contrary to instructions or standards
  • Normal wear and tear, chips, scratches or finish ageing from use or harsh chemicals
  • Damage after delivery that was not reported promptly, or damage from site works
  • Commercial use where the warranty is domestic-only
