Elenni will help you lodge and follow up a claim with proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the fault. The manufacturer decides repair, replacement or other outcomes under their terms. This does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent required by the manufacturer, products should generally be installed by a licensed tradesperson in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable Australian Standards / plumbing codes, and used and maintained as directed.
